Quick troubleshooting

A few common situations and what to try first.

App won't open or crashes immediately

Make sure your OS is updated. On Android, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → pasal.biz → Storage → Clear cache). If it persists, uninstall and reinstall — your account data is on the server, not your phone.

Order stuck in PENDING for a long time

Pending means the shopkeeper hasn't accepted yet. Message them inside the order — busy hours can lead to delays. If they don't respond, you can cancel the pending order any time.

A shopkeeper isn't fulfilling an accepted order

Open the order, message them first. If unresolved, email [email protected] with the order ID — we'll mediate.

I shared a pasal.biz link and it didn't open the app

Make sure the app is installed on the recipient's phone. Android needs pasal.biz's app links verified (this happens automatically after install). On iOS, Universal Links work after a one-time launch of the app. Try opening the app once, then re-clicking the link.
