I'm the shop owner of an auto-listed business

pasal.biz may have added your shop to the index from a public business directory or by crawling your sitemap. If you don't want to be listed:

1. Email [email protected] from the email address published on your shop's website.
2. Include either (a) a link to your pasal.biz business page or (b) your shop's website URL.
3. Optionally, add User-agent: PasalBot / Disallow: / to your robots.txt so we stop crawling on future passes — see the crawler policy page for recipes.

There's no fee, no minimum notice period, and no negotiation — if the email comes from your shop's domain, we remove the listing.

Alternative: if you'd rather keep the listing but control it yourself (set sync cadence, hide individual products, edit the profile), see the claim a listing section on the PasalBot page. Claiming and delisting are both free.

I'm a copyright or trademark holder

If a pasal.biz listing infringes your copyright or trademark — most commonly photos that were taken from your site or product titles that copy your registered brand — email [email protected] with:

• The pasal.biz URL(s) you want removed.
• The original work or registered mark — link or attachment.
• A short statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, and that you believe the listed use is not authorized.
• Your name, organization (if applicable), and email for follow-up.

We act on good-faith takedown requests for indexed third-party content the same way a search engine does — we remove the pasal.biz listing and decline to relist. We are not party to any dispute between you and the operator of the source shop; that remains between you and them on their own site.

I'm reporting incorrect, harmful, or illegal content

For listings that are:

• Counterfeit or knockoffs.
• Regulated items being sold without a licence (alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, weapons).
• Scams, fake shops, or shops that take money and don't deliver.
• Sexually explicit content, content involving minors, hate content, or anything illegal under Nepali law.

Email [email protected] with the URL and a short description. For criminal matters we will also cooperate with Nepali law enforcement requests properly served on us.

What we cannot do

• Mediate transactions. If a shop took your payment and didn't deliver, pasal.biz never received the money — we are a search engine, not a marketplace, for indexed listings. We can delist the shop after a report; we can't refund you. See Pasal is the index, not the seller for why.
• Remove content from the source site. A delisting on pasal.biz removes the listing from our index; it has no effect on the original product page on the shop's own website. You'd need to contact the shop directly for that.
• Guarantee a specific turnaround time. We aim to respond promptly and act on legitimate requests as soon as we reasonably can. Complex disputes (counter-notice, contested ownership) take longer.

What we will reply with

A short confirmation when we act on the request, including which URLs were removed. If we decline (rare — usually because the request is from a third party who isn't the shop owner or rights holder), we'll explain why.
